A trial offer is only useful if it is seen. Three channels spread it: a booking widget to paste on your website, short links with QR codes for everything else, and your public page. Every channel is counted, so you will know which one brings you students.
1. The booking widget on your website
Booking widgets creates a booking module to embed in your own website. In the General block, give it a name, a preselected offer if you want it to show a single offer, a layout (full or compact), and tick Default widget for the first one.
The Appearance block matches it to your website: light or dark theme, font, colors, header, logo and academy name. The Texts block changes the titles and the final button. The Preview tab shows the result.
The Integration block (the Code tab on mobile) gives three things to copy: the direct URL (to put on a “Book a trial” button), the iframe code and the auto-resize iframe code, which adapts its height to the content. Paste the one you prefer into your website, or send it to the person who handles it.
An inactive widget no longer loads on the websites that use it: disable it rather than deleting it if you change your mind.
2. Shareable links
For Instagram, a flyer, a text message or the shop window, create a shareable link: a short URL and its QR code.
Create a link asks for three things: an internal label that prospects never see, an acquisition channel in one word without spaces (insta, flyer, window), and the target offer, or All offers to send to the full booking page.
The link page shows the URL to copy, the QR code to download as PNG and the number of clicks. A link can be disabled without being deleted; disabled links move to the Archived tab.
3. One link per channel
The acquisition channel is not decorative: it is recorded on every prospect who arrives through that link. You find it again in Top links on the Acquisition screen and in the Attribution block of every prospect profile.
So create one link per place where you communicate: one for the Instagram bio, one for the back-to-school flyer, one for the poster in the window, one for the message sent to former members. A single link everywhere would teach you nothing.
4. The public page
Your trial offers also show on your public page, in the Trial offers section, if that section is enabled. It is the default channel for someone who looks you up on Google. Check it is active before the season starts.
