Your academy comes with a public page hosted by OSS Academy, with no website to build. It shows your schedule, prices, team and trial offers to people who are not members yet. A link for your Instagram bio, your flyers, or a reply to a message.
1. Turn on the public page
The Public page switch, top right, makes your academy reachable at https://oss-academy.com/academies/<your-academy>.
While it is off, the other settings on this screen stay hidden. If you turn it off later, allow up to one hour before the page really disappears.
2. Cover image and colors
The cover image is the background of the top of the page. Pick a landscape photo of the mats or the group: it is the first thing a prospect sees.
Under Appearance, the primary color dresses the buttons, badges and call-to-action box. Use your logo color and the page will look like your club. The Text on primary color field sets the color of the labels placed on it: leave it empty and the app picks black or white depending on contrast.
Click Save after every color change.
3. Choose the visible sections
The Visible sections block lists what the page shows: Description, Information (address, phone, email, links), Schedule (your class times), Team (your professors), Pricing (your subscription grid) and Trial offers (your trial classes).
Turn off what is not ready rather than leaving it empty: a page without prices beats a page with a wrong price. The schedule and prices update on their own from your classes and products.
4. View my page and share
View my page opens the page exactly as your visitors see it. Do it after every change, what you see is what they get.
The icon next to Your page URL copies the address. Share opens your device’s share sheet with a ready-made message. This is the link to put in your Instagram bio and on printed material.
If a prospect cannot find your page
Check that the switch is on, then that the address you shared is exactly the one shown under Your page URL. A freshly enabled page can take a few minutes to appear.
