Your academy profile is the first thing your students see, in the app and on your public page. It also drives the list of sports offered when you create a class. Give it five minutes once and it is done.
1. Add your logo
The logo appears at the top of your academy and on your public page. Use a square image, 300 x 300 pixels minimum: below that it will look blurry on recent screens.
2. Pick your sports
Tick every discipline actually taught at your club: Brazilian jiu-jitsu, grappling, judo, luta livre, wrestling, MMA. This is not cosmetic: it feeds the sport list when you create a class.
A club that only ticked BJJ will not be able to create a judo slot without coming back here.
3. Fill in the general information
Name and time zone are required. The time zone drives the displayed time of every class: if your slots are off by an hour, this is almost always why.
The description is free text. It introduces your club, so two useful sentences beat leaving it empty.
4. Contact details and socials
The phone number and email are the ones your students will use to reach you: use the club’s, not your personal line if you would rather not share it.
The website, Instagram and Facebook fields feed your public page. An active club has every reason to fill in Instagram: it is often a future member’s first move.
5. Save
Nothing is applied until you click Save at the bottom of the form. Your students see the update immediately, with no need to reinstall the app.
Your invite code lives here too
This screen also shows your academy invite code, the same one as on your dashboard. Handy when you are already editing your details and a student asks for it.
