Declare your venues and training locations

Add one or more addresses, set the primary venue and attach each class to the right location.

Every class happens somewhere. Declare your venues once and you can then attach each slot to the right address. It is essential if you train in several gyms, and useful even with a single room: the address is shown to your students.

1. Add an address

The Add an address button opens a form with address search. Type the first few letters and let the suggestion fill in the street, city, postcode and country: no typos, and your students get correct directions.

Give each venue a name your students recognise, the one they use between themselves. “Marou Dojo” says more than “Room 2”.

2. Set the primary venue

One address carries the Primary badge. It is the one suggested by default when you create a class, and the one shown as the club address.

If you have a home gym plus the occasional slot elsewhere, keep the home gym as primary: you will only have to change the location for the rare exceptions.

3. Attach your classes to the right venue

The venue is picked when you create the class. On your class list, the Location column lets you check at a glance that no slot is stuck at the wrong address.

This is the check to run after the summer break, when a slot has moved to another gym.

If you train in several towns

Nothing stops you from declaring as many addresses as you need. Your students see the venue on every class, and your attendance statistics stay readable since each slot remains attached to its room.
