Your students cannot find you on their own: you invite them. Your academy has a unique invite code, which you can share in three ways. The principle is always the same: the student creates an account, enters the code, and you approve the request.
1. Find your academy code
The code is permanently displayed in your management space, on the dashboard. It does not change: you can display it at the club with no worry.
You can read it out at the end of a class, write it on the changing room board, or copy it to send it.
2. Share the invite link
The link is more reliable than the code alone: it opens the right page directly, with the code already filled in. This is what you want to send in a WhatsApp group or by email.
From the share button, your phone offers your usual apps. A student who taps it lands on your club page, with the app download button.
3. Send the tutorial to the less tech-savvy
The Copy tutorial link button copies the address of a page that walks the student through it step by step: download the app, create an account, enter the code. Send it to parents and to members who are not used to apps.
That is what to display at the front desk on a trial class day or at a club fair, with the code written large.
4. Approve the requests
Once the code is entered, the student shows up on your side as pending approval. Until you approve, they cannot enroll in classes. Make a habit of clearing these requests regularly.
If a student cannot join
Three causes come up almost every time:
- The code is mistyped. It contains no spaces and no accents. Send the link instead.
- The student created an account without joining a club. No problem: they can join at any time from the home screen, with the “Join an academy” button.
- Their request is pending. Check your request list: they are probably already there, just waiting for your approval.
