Follow your prospects from the first click to the subscription

Read your acquisition funnel, handle trial class requests, follow each prospect and know where they come from.

Everyone who books a trial class becomes a prospect. The app follows them from the booking to the subscription, sends the reminders for you and tells you which link they came from. All you have to do is handle the requests and read the numbers.

1. Read your funnel

The Acquisition screen sums everything up: total prospects, booked, attended, converted, with the attendance rate and the conversion rate. The Lead trend curve shows whether your actions pay off.

Today overview gives the three numbers to look at every morning: pending requests, active offers, clicks on your links. Top links ranks your shareable links by clicks: that is where you see whether the flyer works better than the Instagram bio.

2. Handle the requests

When an offer is not on automatic approval, every booking lands in Trial class requests with the date, the offer, the chosen class, the source and the prospect’s message.

Approve confirms the booking, the prospect is notified. Reject asks for an optional reason, for you. View detail opens the profile. A Card payment pending banner blocks approval until the payment of a paid trial is confirmed.

Answer fast: a prospect without an answer the same day books elsewhere.

3. The prospects list

Leads lists everyone with a status: New, Booked, Attended, No-show, Converted, Lost. The source says where they come from: short link, web landing, widget, QR code, app onboarding.

The filters cross status, source, period and offer. The Conversion per offer block compares your offers: requests, bookings, attended, converted and rate. An offer that attracts but does not convert is an offer to rework, not a prospect problem.

4. The prospect profile

Click a prospect to open their profile. There you change their sales status, mark each booking Attended or No-show, write internal notes and read the attribution: link used, channel, short URL.

Two actions matter:

  • Resend a magic link: the prospect gets a login link, useful if they lost the first one or have no account yet.
  • Mark as converted manually: when they took a subscription at the desk without going through the app, so that your numbers stay right.

The Trial payments block shows a paid trial settled in cash to Confirm. The Email tracking block shows what the app sent: reminders 24 h and 2 h before the class, then follow-ups at D+1, D+3 and D+7. Follow-ups only go out if you marked the prospect Attended: a no-show is not chased to subscribe.
