On your first login as an owner, a Setup window opens on top of your management space. It walks through five steps, in the order a club gets going. Nothing is final: everything you enter there is found again in the management menu.
1. Welcome
The welcome screen lists the four jobs: customise your academy, add your addresses, create your first classes, invite your team. Click Let’s go.
Each step ends with Next, and Previous goes back. You can leave a step empty and come back to it later from the menu.
2. Your academy
Tick the sports practiced in the list: they filter your classes and feed the statistics per discipline. Add your logo, it shows in your students’ app and on your public page.
Check the time zone and the currency: they set the display time of all your classes and the money of all your products. Phone, email, website, Instagram and Facebook are optional and show on your public page.
3. Your addresses
Your main venue is already filled in with the address given at creation. Add an address lets you declare a second venue, or several rooms at the same address (mat 1, mat 2).
Every class will then be attached to one of these addresses: it is what your students see before leaving home.
4. Your first classes
Add a class opens the recurring class form, the same one as in My Classes: title, sport, professor, venue, days and time. Create at least your main slot, the rest of the schedule can wait.

5. Invite your team
Enter the email of each professor: the invitation goes out by email and the account is created with the right role. You can add more later from My Users.
Right below, Invite your students offers a ready-made message with your academy code and the download link. Copy message or Share message, then send it to your WhatsApp group or by SMS: your students join the academy on their own.
6. Activate your free trial
The last step activates your trial period: 30 days of full access, no credit card, cancellable at any time. Click Start free trial, then Finish.
A last screen sums up what is configured and what is still to do, with next steps (prices, teaching content, public page, graduation paths). Go to my academy closes the assistant.

Where to find each setting afterwards
Everything the wizard had you enter lives in the management menu: My Academy for sports, logo and contact details, My Addresses, My Classes, and Invite members for the invitation code. The wizard does not reopen, but nothing is locked inside it.
