Everything starts with an account in your name, then with declaring your academy. You become its owner: that role is what opens the management space, classes, products and payments. Allow five minutes.
1. Install the app or open the web version
OSS Academy runs on iPhone, Android and on the web. To set up your academy, the web version on a computer is the most comfortable: a big screen for the schedule, the products and the member lists.
On the login page, choose Create an account. Fill in your first name, last name, email and a password. This is the account you will use on all your devices from now on.
2. Create your academy
Once logged in, create your academy: its name and main sport are enough to get going, the rest is completed later in the setup wizard.
Your academy is then accepted by OSS Academy and you become its owner. The Management menu appears: it is your admin space, the one every tutorial in this help center describes.
3. Verify your email
A Your email is not verified banner stays at the top of your screens until you click the link you received by email. The Resend button sends a new one.
Do not put it off: some actions stay locked until the address is confirmed, starting with connecting your Stripe account to get paid by card. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder and the address entered on your profile.
4. What comes next
On your first login, the setup wizard opens on its own and guides you through five steps: your academy, your addresses, your first classes, your team and your free trial. The next tutorial goes through it.
If you do not see the Management menu
You are logged in with a student account, or you joined an existing academy instead of creating one. Open the academy selector at the top left: your academy must be listed there with the Owner label. If it is not, create it from that same selector.
