Your academy uses OSS Academy under a platform subscription. It starts with a one-month trial with no commitment, then you pick the plan that fits your club. Everything is handled in the OSS Subscription section of the management menu.
1. The free trial
The Discovery offer unlocks every feature for one month, with no credit card. Click Start my free trial: it is also what the last step of the setup wizard offers.
Use it to set everything up, classes, products and members: nothing is lost when you move to a paid plan.
2. The offers
A single plan, Essential, covers the whole management of your academy: classes, attendance, members, products, payments. It comes at two rhythms:
- Essential Monthly: €30 a month, no commitment, cancel at any time.
- Essential Yearly: €300 a year, two months free.
Subscribe on the chosen offer starts the subscription.
3. Save a card
The platform subscription is paid by card. In Payment methods, click Add a card: the default card is used for the academy’s platform subscription.
Your bank details are secured by Stripe and never stored on OSS Academy servers.
4. Not to be confused with your own collections
This card pays OSS Academy. It has nothing to do with the money your students pay you: to collect their memberships by card, you connect your own Stripe account from your products page. The “Connect Stripe to get paid by card” tutorial covers that other setup.
If the trial is over and access is limited
Pick a plan in OSS Subscription and add a card if you have not already. Your data is kept: as soon as you subscribe, everything comes back as you left it.
