By default, a product gives access to every ticked class, with no limit on the number, for as long as the subscription runs. The settings on this page bound that access: a number of sessions, a weekly quota, a duration, a sales period, or a list of students. They live in the Details step of the product, except the last one which lives in the product list.
1. Pack: a total number of classes
On a Class pack product, the Class pack block sets the number of sessions purchased. The student books that many classes in total, then the pack is used up.
That is the classic 10-session card. It suits irregular students or those coming from another club who do not want to commit yet. For a trial class, the number is set to 1 automatically.
2. Quota per period on a membership
On a membership, the Class quota per period block limits the number of bookings per period: 2 classes per week, 8 classes per month. The counter resets at every new period.
You choose the reset window: every week, or follows billing to align the quota with the charging rhythm (every month on a monthly plan, every year on a yearly one). A monthly plan at 2 classes per week sells cheaper than an unlimited one and fills your daytime slots.
Without a quota, the membership is unlimited on the included classes.
3. Rolling access duration on a one-time payment
On a One-time payment, the Rolling access duration block limits access to a fixed duration counted from each student’s purchase date: 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months.
The duration slides: a student buying on the 5th and another on the 20th each get their own end date. It is the tool for holiday passes, camps and discovery access. It replaces the subscription end date, you cannot combine the two.
4. Visibility window
The Visibility window block limits the period during which the product shows up in the catalog and can be bought. You set a start date, an end date, or both.
Outside the window the product does not appear to members, but subscriptions already taken carry on. That is what you need for a back-to-school offer valid until 30 September, or a plan prepared in advance that opens on the day without you lifting a finger.
5. Promo badge and crossed-out price
The Badge & strikethrough price block dresses up the product card: a short badge (“2 months free”, “-20% autumn”) and an original price shown crossed out above the real price.
It is the only promotion mechanism in the app: there is no promo code for the student to type. The preview under the fields shows the card exactly as in the catalog, and Hide preview folds it away. The summary warns you if the crossed-out price is not higher than the selling price.
6. Reserve a product to selected students
A negotiated rate, a family price, a coach access: some products should not be visible to everyone. In the product list, the three dots at the end of the row open Reserve to students.
Enable Restrict to specific students and tick the members concerned: they alone see the product and can buy it. The product list then shows “Reserved to N students” on the row.
Removing a student from the list does not cancel the subscription they already bought: they keep their access until the planned end. An empty list makes the product visible to everyone.
