On a phone, the app’s bottom bar always has six tabs. Schedule, Profile and More stay in place, and you and your professors also have Management. You pick the other places for the whole academy: two shortcuts everyone sees, and a third one for students, who don’t have Management. Every page you don’t pick stays available from the More tab.
Put in the bar what your members open the most: the Shop during a gi sale, Competitions during the season, the Ranking if you run a challenge.
1. See what your members see
In Management, Academy section, open Navigation bar. At the top of the screen, two previews: the bar of the owner and professors, with Management right before Profile, and the students’ bar. The pages in color are the ones you choose.
2. Choose the shortcuts
Under the previews, three rows:
- For all members: the 2nd and 3rd tabs, seen by the owner, professors and students.
- For students: the 4th tab, in place of Management.
Click a row to open the list of pages: Feed, Events, Materials, Shop, Members, Competitions and Ranking. If the page you pick already holds another shortcut, the two pages swap places.
The previews follow your choices at once, but nothing is saved yet: your members keep their current bar.
3. Save the changes
Click Save changes, at the bottom of the screen. While your choices match the current bar, the button stays greyed out. Your members see the new bar the next time they open the app.
Members and Ranking are not offered
When the member list is private (Management, Members section, Privacy), professors and students see neither Members nor Ranking, so these two pages are not offered. A shortcut already set to one of them is flagged in orange, and another page shows in its place in your members’ bar. Pick another one.
On tablet and computer
There is no More tab: every page is in the side menu, your shortcuts first.
