The same membership often comes in several prices: adult, student, kids, couple. Without a group, each one is a separate product and your catalog keeps growing. With a group, your students see a single plan, then pick their price.
1. Create a group
On your products page, the Manage groups button opens the list of groups. Create one with a short name and a description: that is what your students read in the catalog.
Name the group after the plan, not the price: “Unlimited BJJ Pass”, not “Adult rate”. The price is then read on each product inside the group.
2. Attach a product to a group
Open a product for editing. In its details, the Product group field lists the existing groups. Pick the one for the plan, then save.
Repeat for each price of the plan. A product without a group stays displayed on its own, which suits one-off offers such as a class pack or a trial class.
3. What the student sees
In the catalog, products of the same group are gathered under a single heading. The student opens the plan and picks a price among the variants.
Your own product list uses the same layout: each group is a collapsible block with its description and product count. It gives a good preview of what the student will see.
A product reserved for specific students stays hidden from everyone else, even inside a group.
4. Reorder or delete a group
In the groups window, the display order is set with the up and down arrows on each group. It drives the order of your students’ catalog: put first the plan you want to sell the most.
Deleting a group deletes no product: its products simply become ungrouped and show up one by one in the catalog again.
If a price does not show in the group
Check that the product is active, not archived, and that its visibility window has not passed. A product attached to a group but expired is not shown to students.
