Spot the members who stopped coming

List students with no attendance for 7 to 90 days so you can reach out before they leave for good.

A student who drifts away does not warn you: they come less, then not at all, then cancel. Spotting them after three weeks of absence rather than three months changes everything. This screen makes the list for you.

1. Choose the period

The 7d, 14d, 30d, 60d and 90d buttons list members with no attendance at all over that period, with the date of their last visit in the Last attended column. Never flags a member who was never marked present.

The 30 day setting is a good monthly rhythm. Switch to 14 days at the start of the season, when newcomers are still hesitating.

2. What to do next

Click a row to open the member’s profile: phone, subscription, history. A short message or call is often enough to bring back someone who just eased off.

The screen does not chase anyone for you: it sends no email and no notification. Look at their subscription too: an inactive student with a running direct debit will eventually cancel, better to call first.

If the list is full of accounts that never checked in

Members marked Never are often accounts created without ever coming, or students whose attendance was never taken. Check that your professors take attendance: with no recorded presence, everyone ends up inactive.
