Three screens in the Tracking & stats section answer three questions: who is struggling to follow, how are my classes doing, and who did what in the academy.
1. The attention board
After a class, your students rate the teaching materials you attached to it: technique understood, suited to their game, explanation well received. The attention board lists those whose rating average drops below a threshold.
- Period: 1 day, 1 week or 1 month of ratings.
- Attention threshold: from 1 to 5, set to 2.5 by default. It is remembered on your device, not in the academy.
- The Critical material column points to the material the student rated lowest: one click opens it.
A student who rated nothing does not appear here. This board measures declared understanding, not attendance: for absentees, look at inactive members instead.
2. What to do about it
A student below the threshold on a single material probably missed an explanation: two minutes with them at the next class is enough. Several students below the threshold on the same material rather point to a material to rework, or a technique to go over again in class. That is the point of having your materials rated: you adjust before someone drops out.
3. The academy statistics
At the top, four figures: Classes held, Avg students/class, Max students/class and Active students. The Class Evolution section plots the number of students per class over time, in total or per month, with the average and the maximum.
The breakdown cards (By Gender, By Belt and the others) split your roster by gender, age category, weight category and belt. These charts are only accurate when profiles are filled in: a required document “Gender” or “Weight category” fixes that.
All this data comes from roll call. A class without roll call counts as a class with no students.
4. The activity log
The log records every action in the academy: attendance recorded, payment confirmed, member joined, graduation awarded, product edited, CFJJB licence confirmed. The filters at the top isolate one category: Classes, Enrollments, Attendance, Members, Graduations, Payments, Subscriptions, Products, Product groups, and the other categories further along the row.
Each line shows its origin: Automatic when the app acted on its own (a direct debit, a renewal), Manual when someone clicked. This is where you find out who deleted a class or confirmed a payment, and when.
