Read your Overview every morning

The home page of your management space: today's classes, the actions that block, the academy's health in nine tiles and the quick commands.

The Overview is the first page of the management menu. It is meant to be read in a minute before opening the gym: what happens today, what is waiting for you, and the numbers that say whether the club is doing well.

1. Today

The first block sums up the day: today’s classes, average attendance per class and the number of classes tracked. When everything is in order, it simply shows All set for today.

An Invoicing alert shows here as long as the billing setup is incomplete: the academy’s legal identity must be filled in before invoices can be issued. See status takes you there.

2. Required actions

This block lists what blocks someone if you do not handle it: memberships to approve, pending payments, documents to check, trial class requests, shop orders. Each line opens the relevant screen.

When the list is empty, the block shows Everything is up to date. The same alerts sit at the top of the management menu, with their counters, so you can see them from any screen.

3. Academy health

Nine tiles to scan: members, active subscriptions, pending, new this month, inactive members, classes, attendance, late payments, documents. Each opens the matching detailed screen.

These are the indicators to watch over time. A rising number of inactive members or piling late payments show up here before they show up on the mat.

The right column, Performance, adds the trends: revenue for the current year, attendance over the last months and the state of subscriptions.

4. Quick commands

At the bottom of the page, the quick commands create a class, a product, invite a member or open a setting without leaving the page. The Create button, top right, does the same from any screen.

The academy’s Invite code is displayed at the top of the right column, with Copy code, Share and Copy tutorial link: it is what you hand to a new student.

If a number looks wrong

The tiles reflect the data at load time: pull the page down on mobile, or reload it on a computer. A member counted as inactive is a member with no validated attendance over the period: check that attendance is taken at every class.
