You do not have to remember everything that is waiting for an action: the app does it. The To do tab lists what is waiting for you, and each task leads straight to the screen where you sort it out.
1. Where to find it
In the Schedule, next to Enrollments, the To do tab carries a badge with the number of pending tasks. The same badge shows on the Schedule icon of the navigation bar: you see it without opening the screen.
2. What lands there
Tasks are created automatically by the app, you never write one. For you and your professors:
- Attendance: a class just took place and its roll call is not done.
- Document: a student sent a required document to validate.
- Result: a student declared a competition result to validate.
- Grade: a student completed every criterion of a graduation path.
- Payment: a subscription needs sorting out.
Your students have their own list, with Rate (a material to rate after a class) and My result (a result to declare after a competition).
3. Handle a task
A tap on the task opens the relevant screen: the class roll call modal, the document to validate, the result to confirm. Once the action is done, the task disappears on its own.
A task that does not concern you (a cancelled class, a duplicate) is dismissed with Remove task. It leaves your list without changing anything on the class or student side.
If the list is empty
That is the goal. The message “No pending tasks” means every roll call is done and nothing is waiting for your validation.
