Subscriptions and payments

Choose the payment methods you accept

Card, cash, checks, bank transfer, vouchers: switch on what your club actually takes.

A club rarely gets paid one single way: some by card, some in cash, a few checks and some public aid. You declare here what you accept, and your students are only offered those options.

1. Online payment

Two methods go through Stripe and are collected automatically: the credit card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit, an automatic bank debit confirmed within a few business days.

They require your Stripe account to be set up. They are the only methods you have nothing to do about day to day: the money comes in and the student’s payment updates on its own.

2. Offline payments

Anything you collect yourself is declared here: cash, check, bank transfer, external card terminal if you have your own.

Switching on an offline method triggers no automatic collection: you receive the money directly, then you confirm the payment in the app so the student’s record stays up to date.

3. Aid and vouchers

Grassroots sport runs largely on aid: family allowance vouchers, Carte Blanche, holiday vouchers, BAZ, Pass+ (CNAS). Each one is switched on separately.

Only enable the ones you know how to process. A method shown but refused at the desk is pointless friction.

4. Combining several methods on one payment

A single payment can mix methods. A 350 euro annual membership can be settled with 200 euros on card, 100 euros in family allowance vouchers and 50 euros in holiday vouchers.

That is exactly the back-to-school sign-up case: switch the relevant methods on before September and you will not have to improvise later.

What your students see

A disabled method never appears on the student side. If a member tells you they cannot pay the way they expected, this screen is the first place to check.
