An academy affiliated to a federation has obligations: licenses up to date, a season to prepare, sometimes classes reserved to licensed members. Declaring your federations tells the app which ones apply to you and unlocks the matching tools, without cluttering the others.
1. Enable a federation
The Available federations list offers CFJJB, France Judo, France Jujitsu and IBJJF. Click Activate next to the ones your club is affiliated with.
Deactivate asks for a confirmation: the related features disappear at once for your academy. Licenses already entered by your members are not erased.
2. What each federation unlocks
Below the list, one block per active federation sums up the unlocked access.
- CFJJB: season management (license collection, files), the license filter in your member list, and blocking BJJ classes without a license for unlicensed students. A CFJJB entry appears in your management menu.
- IBJJF: IBJJF competitions and the compliance of your graduation paths with the federation rules.
- France Judo: competitions and your judokas’ licenses.
Enable only what applies to you: every federation adds screens and columns.
3. Your members’ licenses
Licenses are not entered on this screen, but member by member.
In a member’s profile, the Federation licenses card carries the license number and its expiry date. The member can fill it in, you can correct it. With CFJJB enabled, the member list gains a CFJJB license column that shows at a glance who is in order for the season.
To require it from everyone, create a required document of type Federation license: every member declares their number, and you validate by hand. It is the right tool at the start of the season.
If a student is blocked when enrolling in a class
With the block on BJJ classes without a license enabled, a student without a validated CFJJB license cannot enroll. Check their profile, or disable the block in CFJJB management while things get sorted.
