Record your students' emergency contacts

Add the person to call in case of injury from each member's profile, and make this information mandatory when joining.

A twisted ankle, a child who feels faint: you need the right number right away, not a search through a folder. Every member has their emergency contacts in their profile, available to you and your professors, with a one-tap call.

1. From the member’s profile

Open a member’s profile: the Emergency contacts card shows how many contacts are recorded. Add a contact asks for the first name, last name, phone (required), an optional email and the relationship (mother, father, partner, friend, other).

From the list, Call dials the number and Send an email opens your mail app. Your professors see and edit these contacts like you do: they are the ones on the mats. The member, or the parent of a child account, can keep them up to date too.

2. Make it mandatory

To stop chasing the information, add a required document with the Emergency contact template, of type profile field, and tick Required so nobody can skip it.

Every member then sees an alert at the top of their profile until they record a contact, and fills it in themselves. Nothing left for you to type.

If a minor has no contact

Restrict this required document to minors only if you want to impose it on children alone, and add the parents’ number yourself from the profile when you have them at the front desk.
