1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you declare that you have obtained consent from your parents or legal guardians.

2. Service Description

OSS Academy is a management platform for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academies. The Service allows:

• Class and schedule management
• Attendance and progress tracking
• Access to educational resources
• Subscription and payment management
• Communication between academy members

3. User Account

Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities performed under your account. In case of unauthorized use, you must inform us immediately at contact@oss-academy.com.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms or inappropriate behavior.

4. Usage Rules

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Respect other users
• Not post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Not impersonate others
• Not attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Not use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. User Content

You retain your rights to the content you post (photos, comments, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed before any purchase and may be changed with 30 days notice.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize automatic billing according to your chosen frequency (monthly or annual).

Refunds

In accordance with withdrawal rights, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment. After this period, payments are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, source code, logos, and all content are the exclusive property of OSS Academy SAS and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are not authorized to copy, modify, distribute, or use these elements without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, OSS Academy SAS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.

We are not responsible for injuries occurring during training or competitions. Use of the Service does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after this period constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the app settings or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions remain due until the end of the current period.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
