OSS Academy is available on iPhone, Android and the web. Download the app on your own phone: as the parent, you manage your child's account.

Create your parent account

As soon as you open the app, tap “Join an academy”, then fill in the “Create an account” form in your own name: first name, last name, email, password, date of birth and gender. This account lets you manage your child's.

• Once your account is created, the app offers “Join an academy”: do not enter the code in your own name, move on to the next step

Add your child

Open the “Profile” tab, then “My children” and “Add a child”. Enter their first name, last name, date of birth and gender, tick the parental consent box, then tap “Create child account”.

Has the academy already created your child's account? Use “Add an existing child account” instead, with the code they gave you.

Switch to your child's account

In “My children”, tap “Manage” then “Access account”. You can also use “Switch account” at the top of your profile. A “You are viewing …'s account” banner confirms you are acting for your child.

Join the academy with their account

On your child's home screen, the “Not enrolled yet” view offers “Join an academy”: tap it and enter the code provided by the academy. Tap “Join”: the message “Request sent!” appears, and the academy owner approves the request.

Sign your child up for classes

Once the request is approved, stay on your child's account (the banner is still visible). Classes appear on the home screen: choose the subscription or product that includes the class, pay online, and your child is enrolled.

Your academy may ask for documents before enrolment (medical certificate, parental consent, house rules to sign). Find them under “Required documents” on your child's profile.
